Services

Secretarial Services

A company is required to have a qualified Company Secretary to manage their secretarial functions, if it has a) an annual turnover of Rs.1,000,000 or more OR a paid up capital of Rs.500,000 or more.

Registrar Services

A company listed in the Colombo Stock Exchange is required to maintain their shareholders in a share register, for which purpose they require the services of a professional Registrar.

Services for trusts

We provide trustee services for clients requiring their assets held in trust and distributed as per the trust instrument in place and secretarial services for trusts.
